It is super convenient living in Downtown Allentown! My work commute is just a block from my apartment. I love that I can walk to work!

When you live in Downtown Allentown, you’ll find a ton of great options to choose from: restaurants, art galleries, museums, retail shops, sports arena, parks, etc. There’s certainly no shortage of activities that can match your personal interests or hobbies and allow you to enjoy your time living in the city.

I like being around people and this community does provide lots of activities like Happy Hours, Movie and Trivia Nights which are fun and allow one to socially engage and learn more about your neighbors.

The business center is my favorite amenity space. Toner is not cheap and having access to a free printer helps me be very productive for work in crunch time situations. Also, the lobby has some of the best staff members in the world who help me out fairly often.

Coming from a big city, we don’t really have access to a lot of greenery. Being able to access parks and put down a blanket, have a bottle of wine, and hang out there for a couple of hours is something that we didn’t know we liked as much as we did until we moved here, so we’ve been actually taking advantage of that opportunity quite of a bit.

The Lehigh Valley is a great area to make your home because it is very up and coming with many restaurants, bars, and overall great entertainment options. There are many jobs in different aspects of work and anyone at any age will feel welcomed here.

My partner and I had a superb residential experience. Not only is the property gorgeous and centrally located with tons of amenities, it is kept absolutely spotless and run efficiently, with staff that are beyond kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone from the leasing team to security, maintenance and custodians did an excellent job and were always very pleasant. Renee, Sabrina, Mark and everyone we met made us so happy that we decided to call this place home – it’s the best in the city!

Downtown Allentown has entertainment within walking distance. Whether it is a sporting event at the PPL Center, a cozy live band at Bell Hall, or a comedy show in the Arts Walk there is always a way to stay entertained.
